On Wednesday 3rd November the Pupil Parliament met in the Palace Hotel, Buxton. Students and staff came from across the trust to discuss some really important issues ranging from sustainability and Catholic life to fundraising, community and inclusion.
The day started with a liturgy before the different groups started to discuss one of the five key areas.
The aim of the day was for each committee to set 3-4 targets that would have the most impact on our schools and both local and global communities. These targets would then be presented to the Trust Board and school leadership teams before the committees would choose one target to focus on for the rest of the year.
It was a brilliant day where our children and young people showed what brilliant minds they have and, what excellent future leaders they could become.
